SPARC (Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center) is a 501 ( c ) (3) non-profit organization and is the first and only no-kill animal shelter in Ventura County. SPARC is where homeless animals are brought for humane care without risk of being euthanized for lack of space, illness, or injury. SPARC is actively saving lives by rehabilitating and re-homing animals, at the same time partnering with the community to educate the importance of spay/neuter and vaccination programs. To truly deliver on our no-kill mission, SPARC relies on generous contributions from other passionate animal lovers and advocates.

Below is a list of items frequently needed and used at SPARC that are welcomed at any time to be dropped off in person.

• Litter (non-clumping ONLY)
• Bedding (small blankets, throws and towels)
• IAMS Brand Dog, puppy, cat, and kitten food (un-opened and not expired)
• Bleach
• Laundry detergent and dryer sheets
• Dish soap
• Slip leads
• Dog toys (KONG indestructible only, unused preferably)
• Cat toys (unused preferably)
• Food/Water bowls
• Dog Treats
• Poop bags
• Paper Towels
• Paper plates or paper trays
• Trash bags (all sizes)
